a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.

2. We require a $500 deposit in order to hold the puppy of your choice.
3. This deposit is non-refundable, unless there is an issue with the health of your puppy. In that

case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or transfer that deposit toward another

puppy.

1. It will be up to us, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its forever home.

Usually at the age of eight weeks, depending on the breed weight of the puppy and how

easily it is weaned from its mother. We will not, under any circumstances let the puppy

leave before it’s ready.

2. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.
3. The puppy will be up-to-date on shots and worming during delivery. You must continue

the vaccinations and worming. Please do not expose your puppy to other dogs that are

not vaccinated until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule, 16-18 weeks

old.

4. The puppy will have been vet-checked before the time of sale it’s your responsibility

within the first 72 hours to get your puppy to the vet!5. The puppy must be examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

You can take the puppy to a vet of your choice.

6. Health Documentation must be provided to us within 72 hours for the health guarantee

to be honored. Failure to send documentation will render this health guarantee null and

void and no health coverage will cover.

7. Please note: ALL puppies have parasites/worms!! We do not cover coccidia and /or

giardia, which is common in all puppies.

8. If within 72 hours a licensed vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the

puppy may be returned for a replacement puppy , provided the puppy has not been

injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the

puppy “unfit for sale”

9. This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect, or injury from the

buyer.

10. This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as ear mites,

fleas, colds, kennel cough, allergies, internal or external parasites, or umbilical hernias.

11. The breeder cannot assume responsibility for this puppy after 72 hours of the sale. It is

the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from

harm.

12. The breeder does not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy’s

parents and the weight of other puppies out of that meeting. We can provide the buyer

an educated guess as to full-grown weight but there are too many variables besides

genetics.

13. The Breeder does not guarantee fertility or buyer ability to place in shows.
14. All puppies have a 2-year health guarantee against any congenital defects. If this should

occur, the breeder agrees to replace the puppy with one of the same breed of equal

value, same coloring, and around the same size when there is one available. This must

be documented by a licensed veterinarian.

15. All puppies have a 7 day health guarantee on any health issues other than those

mentioned above, but you MUST activate your enrollment within 24 hours.

16. The breeder does not guarantee fertility or the buyer’s ability to place in shows.
17. The breeder is not responsible for puppies that develop Hypoglycemia after the puppy is

in the new owner’s possession. They will receive information on what to do if thisoccurs. Puppy must eat every 3 hours. We recommend NUTRICAL puppy given 3 x a day

size of a gumdrop.

18. The breeder gives a two-year guarantee against any congenital defects of the puppy if

this should occur the breeder agrees to replace the puppy with one of the same breed

(equal value), same coloring, and around the same size when there is one available,

replacement would be up to the breeder. Correct testing needs to be done at the buyer’s

expense by a licensed vet or specialist to diagnose that puppy’s condition is a geneüc

defect before the breeder will replace the puppy. Results need to be faxed to the

breeder’s vet to make sure proper testing was done to prove the genetic defect.

Breeder’s view then will discuss the diagnoses with the buyer’s vet/specialist and go

over the results. Once the puppy is proven ill from a genetic defect then a replacement

puppy will be given when available.

19. Pet ownership is a serious commitment. We would gladly take back any of our puppies

at any time for any reason with no questions asked. However, I will NOT be refunding

adoption fees or any other fees for any reason other than serious health issues of the

puppy. Health issues must be documented by your vet with all tests performed. Please

carefully consider your decision to adopt and your ability to care for and raise a puppy in

a loving home. In most cases we are not the breeder of said puppies! We make a small

commission depending on puppy ! We are here to insure everyone is healthy and happy.

It is extremely important to make sure your puppy is eating 4-5 times a day! Puppies

need naps like babies need to be in a playpen with food and water at all times. We send

a 7 day wormer I request a fecal done after 3 weeks to ensure all removal of parasites!

No public places untill your Puppy is fully vaccinated and rabies . I also recommend spay

or neuter around six months. It is very important that you stay in touch with us if a

problem occurs. Please don’t wait, we need to be notified immediately to help assist the

situation! Please get on U Tube and do your research on caring for a teacup or toy pup!

Knowledge is your best friend. Potty training needs to start at 8-10 weeks. Needs to be

very diligent for the first two weeks.
